お客様間とのトラブル防止のためご予約が確定した時点で以下の内容に同意を頂いた事ととなります。予めご確認ください。
※キャンセルに関しまして
ご予約後のキャンセルは原則２４時間前までにご連絡をお願いいたします。また、ご連絡が無く御来店されなかった方に関しましてはご予約時の１００％の料金をご請求させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※遅刻に関しまして
お約束のお時間から１０分以上遅れた場合にはお電話をさせていただきます。また遅刻によりメニューによってはご希望のメニューができない場合がございます。
※お直しのご依頼
お客様が御退店後にお直しをご希望される場合は施術後の次の日までにご連絡を頂きスケジュールの御調整をお願いいたします。
またお直しの内容により料金が発生する場合がございます。
御退店後の返金に関しましては一切受けつけておりません。
予めご了承ください。
※商品の返品、交換
当店で購入した商品に関しまして、ご購入後に開封済みの物に関しましては返品交換は行っておりません。また、商品にて肌荒れ等のトラブルに関しましては一切の責任を負いかねます。
※体調不良のお客様
ご来店時に体調がすぐれない方に関しましては他のお客様のことを考慮し、御退店いただく場合がございます。
※トラブルに関して
・当店では薬剤に最新の注意を払っておりますが、万が一薬剤等で肌荒れがあった場合は一切の責任は負いかねます。
・悪質な嫌がらせ、過度の返金請求等の迷惑行為を受けた場合、第三者機関を立て対応させて頂きます。
またその際は第三者機関に個人情報を開示する場合がございます。

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, we may charge 100% of the reserved service fee. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will contact you by phone.
Please note that due to time constraints, we may not be able to provide all of your requested services.

■ Request for Touch-ups
If you wish to request a touch-up after your visit, please contact us by the following day to reschedule.
Depending on the request, an additional fee may apply.
We do not accept refund requests after the appointment under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Product Returns and Exchanges
Products that have been opened after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for any skin reactions or issues that may occur from using products purchased at our salon.

If you are feeling unwell upon arrival, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment in consideration of our other guests.

While we take the utmost care in handling all chemicals, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritation that may occur.
If we encounter harassment, unreasonable refund requests, or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to involve a third-party agency and disclose personal information as needed to resolve the issue.
